Primary Objective:
- To achieve revenue target and new client acquisition targets for Universal Life and Insurance.
- To monitor clients’ policy summary and recommend diversification to meet clients’ financial needs
- To provide innovative product solutions to address customers' retirement planning, savings and financial protection needs and be a key person for long term sustainability
- To strengthen long-term relationships with our customers by providing excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition
- Secure joint appointment with RMs and increase conversion rate of Universal Life and Insurance products to achieve revenue and new client acquisition targets.
- Acquire new retail clients through developing professional relationships
- Maintain sales standards and robust advisory of Universal Life and Insurance products, in accordance to SLA agreement with business partner.
Client Servicing
- Perform client needs analysis
- Provide clients with advisory on Universal Life and Insurance products towards holistic portfolio management
- Establish an advisory process which RMs can tap on while they are on the go, to facilitate their sales call with clients.
- Conduct joint appointment and visitation with RHB clients
- Perform ongoing servicing of client accounts and identify any potential opportunities with extending banking services.
Working with Internal Partners
- Deepen relationship with partners for wider support and marketing fund to achieve departmental goals.
- Work closely with Insurance partners and Commercial banking to deepen cross-sell ratio and cross unit collaboration
- Train and coach sales staff to ensure high level of competency & productivity in insurance.
