Job Summary
An exciting opportunity for a Automation Tester play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital transformation projects for a leading client in the Insurance sector.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience in software test automation;
- Extensive hands-on experience with TOSCA/ selenium automation tool;
- Hands on experience in System Integration Test, and/or User Acceptance Test ;
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Waterfall or Agile projects;
- Ability to adapt to varying workloads, multitask with meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
Desired Skill-set
- TOSCA / Selenium Automation Specialist certification.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium / TOSCA to validate software applications;
- Maintain and enhance the existing test automation framework to ensure it is scalable and efficient;
- Collaborate with the QA team and other stakeholders to understand testing requirements and develop test plans accordingly;
- Identify, log, and track software defects, and work with developers to resolve issues;
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test scripts, and test results;
- Engage actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
