- To supervise activities such as work at height, lift plumbing and installation, lift maintenance and lift modernisation.
- To monitor site progress and assist Project Manager on structural erection works according to the approved drawings, resolve all site issues, and ensure timely completion of the project.
- Practice look-ahead planning and manage critical activities for materials, manpower, equipment, and permits.
- Ensure that all Site Safety, WSH requirements are strictly adhered to.
- Carry out regular site checks and ensure compliance on quality requirements and that all works are carried out according to approved drawings.
- Basic understanding of local requirements to comply with Industrial best practices. Able to develop inspection and risk management checklist.
- Able to interpret the drawings on works to be carried.
- Support the site team to ensure proper site documentation for on-going works, site meetings, safety records, shop drawings, as built submissions, etc. are well managed.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in full-time site supervision. Minimum 5 years work experience, with knowledge in lift installation.
- Familiar with local authority’s regulations, including BCA, MOM and WSH requirements.
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet and Microsoft applications will be added advantageous.
- ITE Trade Cert or Diploma vertical transportation or equivalent.
