DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
Being the insightful and enterprising Senior Strategy Consultant based in our Singapore office, you will be contributing to create meaningful and impactful brands through rigorous analytics and inspired creativity. You will actively participate in the development of brand strategies for assigned clients, produce and integrate high quality end-product, develop trust-based relationship with day-to-day client contacts, support cross-department collaboration and together with our business team to enable development of existing and new clients.
You will become a brand expert in tune with the latest state of the art in the branding field. You will also be exposed to multiple research projects of both traditional and innovative methodologies aiming to bring out more insights and understandings. You will be able to extend your insights development skills and thinking into different territories of branding world.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Excellence I We see beauty in each project: we aim to make every human and enterprise uniquely brilliant and beautiful, how about you?
- Ensure high-efficiency in pitch project management including category info collection, cross-team collaboration and pitch deck preparation under the directional guidance of the Associate Strategy Director.
- Lead / support management of projects, plan project flow, allocate and organize resources, supervise project execution.
- Communicate with clients to understand and respond to their needs efficiently.
- Take an active role in steering the project, assessing and creating new opportunities along the delivery of the project.
- Take control of the report quality, and run final report to client.
- Coordinate with other departments for cross-department projects.
Client Engagement I We build journey with clients, guide them through unique, various and exciting projects. Are you ready to build a new journey, too?
- Assist Associate Strategy Director (and/or Managing Director) to be responsible for proposal presentation / quotes making and so on, to prospects and clients for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with seniors of Business and Account Management roles and responsibilities to activate existing clients and develop new clients. Supervise or take charge of brand strategy proposals, attending pitch meetings and presentation meetings.
- Detect challenges and pain points of the client, ideally early in the working relationship, and provide with your own point of view and solutions.
Thought Leadership I You will become a brand expert in tune with the latest state of art in the branding field.
- Engage in marketing activities including attending events, forums and conferences regularly on a strategic level to activate clients and prospects.
- Identify events, speaking opportunities, and international awards for Associate Strategy Director and Managing Director to review and consider for participation.
- Support Associate Strategy Director to organize the development of compelling case studies (content and visuals) from completed projects, as well as support and/or take lead to craft relevant opinion articles to promote Labbrand consulting services.
Team Development I You have the opportunity to experience freedom to explore and embark on new territories, shall you take it?
- Explore new territories (knowledge and techniques) beyond traditional brand strategy and market research, i.e. communication strategy, digital/content strategy, content creation, etc.
- Assist Associate Strategy Director to guide team on learning and obtaining new knowledge and techniques as well as innovative methodologies.

Candidate Profile I Who is the ideal candidate for this position, and what qualifications is required?
General:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in any discipline with strong academic performance; major in Business – Strategy, Marketing, Economics or other relevant corporate studies from reputable universities will be preferred.
- Above 5 years of relevant post-graduate job experience in relevant fields i.e. brand analysts (strategy and/or research), brand strategists etc. , or in relevant companies i.e. brand / management / innovation / market research consultancies or agencies.
- Result and client-oriented.
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility with integrity and trust.
- Ability to progress autonomously along with a willingness and strong ability to learn.
- Collaborative sense.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity with proficiency in English as well as Mandarin is a plus.
