Tasks & responsibilities
• Develop value propositions for new business opportunities within the industry vertical.
• Oversee service delivery to customers.
• Drive growth by planning linehaul operations for shipments, while closely monitoring movements to meet established SOPs.
• Coordinate with overseas hubs to ensure timely and smooth delivery of shipments to the final destination.
• To meet monthly KPI of SGD 100,000 with 6-8 percent PAT margins
• Handle strategic procurement and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and participate in regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of business.
• Communicate with airlines regarding shipment details.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & experience
• Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in air freight / International Air Cargo / Freight forwarding industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with good planning skills.
• Excellent in Sales and marketing.
• Good understanding of Sales/Operations (frontline experience).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• IATA certified, CHA knowledge
Remarks:
Reporting to Director
Work from home
Office hours 9 AM till 6 PM
Saturday half day if required by Director for review
Basic Salary + Commission
