The Plattering Co is known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups. We are looking for an energetic and positive team-player to join our fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Plan, curate, schedule, and manage content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Develop engaging content (including posts, stories, reels, and videos) that aligns with the brand’s voice, objectives and campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities,
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with influencers for collaborative marketing initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics across all social media platforms, such as social media growth, engagement rate, and impressions.
- Regularly update the marketing team with insights on competitors.
2. Design Support
- Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts, website banners, digital flyers, email newsletters, and other marketing materials using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Execute photoshoots and video shoots as needed to produce high-quality content for various platforms.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels.
3. Website & Email Marketing Support
- Assist in updating website banners, product images and latest promotions, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Schedule emails according to the campaign timeline.
- Draft subject lines, content variations, and CTAs for eDM blasts
4. Event On-Site Support
- Provide on-site photography and videography support when required.
5. Other Marketing Activities Support
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Public Relations /Digital and Social Media Marketing /Business Management.
- Able to work well in a team and individually.
- Familiar with key social media platforms.
- Possess creativity.
