Assist Management with strategic planning and overall business management , including coordinating with business units on business analysis, target management, cost management, resource utilization and projections.
Assist Administration Team Head with the management of administrative functions and execution of related tasks.
Drive or participate in projects/initiatives in respect of the Branch’s support and administrative functions, including general affairs, HR, operation risk and business contingencies.
To collaborate with various stakeholders such as compliance team, risk team and consultants.
Assist with policies and procedures update and implementation to ensure smooth operations, including facilitating in the communication and clarification of policies and procedures rolled Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to administrative functions and general affairs, including management of internal and external auditors’ requests.
Other job requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in business support or analysis, with at
least 4 years of paint sales preferred.
Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting or equivalent preferred.
Ability to identify and address issues at a holistic level while maintaining a detailed-oriented and independent approach to analysis.
