This is a part-time role located in Central Region, Singapore.
The Patient Liaison will be responsible to assist Japanese patient visit in hospital. To ensure that the need of patient assistance is fulfilled effectively and efficiently, the Patient Liaison will work closely with various departments in the hospital.
Requirement:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of business etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-paces environment
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team
- Ability to handle patient appointment system and insurance document preparation
Working Hours:
- 5pm to 10pm (Shift work Monday to Sunday)
Salary:
S$12/hour
