Job Requirements:
- Must possess driving licence, class 3
- Must be physically fit
- Must be customer service oriented
Job Responsibilities:
1. Carries out minor repairs through the provision of after sales servicing for end-users (Indoor and Outdoor Servicing)
2. Gives feedback received from end-user to management to enhance product quality and service.
3. Liaises with the Service Manager in handling customer complaints and the servicing of customers’ heaters
4. Responsible for giving customers satisfaction in line with our Company Quality Policy of Total Customer Satisfaction
5. Work harmoniously with both the internal customer (i.e. the Customer Service Officer) and the external customer (i.e. the end-user).
6. Reports any non- conformance matters to the Service Manager
7. Any other assignments as directed by the Service Manager
