Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employees' records in SAP Success Factor.
- Oversee and manage employee benefits program, including insurance and company events.
- Responsible for work pass applications, renewals and cancellation.
- Support onboarding of new employees and other HR-related activities.
- Administer training program and eLearning module.
- Manage office administration including reception, office supplies and service providers.
- Liaison for office security system with safety-security department.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and administration of international assignees.
- Assist with business traveling arrangement and coordination while adhering to business travel policy.
- Coordinate Executive events and functions.
- Assist with monthly meeting scheduling and taking of minutes.
- General administration duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Possess minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in HR & Admin work
- Familiar with EA and HR practices is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good communications skill.
- High integrity and tactfulness.
- IT-savvy.
- Immediate starter will be preferred.
