Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Production department for manufacturing and packaging activities
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives on facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Maintaining cGMP/ Housekeeping at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members
- Responsible for developing and implementing the countermeasure regarding the customers' complaints and product defects
- Develop, update, and maintain procedures and documentation that are required for quality systems
- Managing process and material flows, and space management, to maximize utilization of space designated for specific operations area
- Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that is aligned with the company’s quality policy, quality system, and the appropriate regulations for the area
- Recommends and implements action plans to findings/non-conformance during internal and external audits
- Ensure full services and support are rendered to all customers
- Develop a departmental training program and ensure that on-the-job training and guidance are provided to the production staff
- Plan for the recruitment of production staff to ensure the efficiency of the process(es)
- Perform any other duties assigned by the MGMT

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- Required language(s): English, Chinese (to conduct training for all English and Chinese-speaking personnel in matters of production & quality processes etc)
- At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidates with GMP/FDA /QA experience have an added advantage
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
