Job Responsibilities:
- Has personal customer base and influence in the beauty industry
- Source for prospect new customers and maintain existing customers base
- Maintain high level of service standards and brand image
- Bring about revenue objectives
- Meet and achieve Sales Targets (KPI) as set by Management
- Manage day-to-day sales and operations
- Lead a team of specialists and therapists to provide professional consultation and services
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree qualification
- At least 10 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
- Previous successful experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards achieving sales targets.
- Proven track record in sales, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to effectively manage operations and resources.
- Strong business acumen, keeping up with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Mandarin speaker and written will be advantage
- Willing to work retail hours.
