Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and promptly.
- Submit reports on schedule according to customer timelines.
- Investigate operational incidents and service failures; recommend improvements to CS Managers/Management.
- Liaise with customers to resolve order or shipment issues.
- Conduct initial cycle counts as per schedule and maintain cycle count sheets for audit purposes.
- Reconcile all stock discrepancies.
- Manage inventory for the customer’s WMS system.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing with all necessary supporting documents.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI); maintain traceability of customer documents/records.
- Capture, update, and compile CSD KPI measurements, order management, and turnaround time metrics, and suggest improvements as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related field or 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry.
- Able to support OT.
