Location: Central
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Full-time position with hybrid work arrangements (2-3 days/week in the office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR administration tasks, payroll, finance, and project management.
- Oversee IT vendor management, office operations, and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage SOPs.
- Handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to streamline business processes.
Requirements:
- Degree with 3 years of experience in business administration, payroll, finance (AR/AP), and vendor management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a small, high-energy team.
