HR & Finance Specialist, $5,000

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Full-time position with hybrid work arrangements (2-3 days/week in the office)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administration tasks, payroll, finance, and project management.
  • Oversee IT vendor management, office operations, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage SOPs.
  • Handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to streamline business processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree with 3 years of experience in business administration, payroll, finance (AR/AP), and vendor management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a small, high-energy team.
