- Communicate development opportunities for nurses and nursing staff.
- Responsible for managing human and financial resources
- Ensuring patient and staff satisfaction; maintaining a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors; ensuring standards and quality of care are maintained
- Oversee the use of budget and resources.
- Plan manpower for optimal patient care outcomes.
- Provide resources for staff developmental activities.
- Resolve issues related to care, coordination and service lapses.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as managerial role
- Possess initiative and integrity, good leadership skills and result-driven
- Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills.
