Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for production of received orders, planning, and work distribution.
· Ensure production activities are carried out properly and efficient utilization of workforce.
· Train new production staff on proper working methods and production recording.
· Following food processing so as to achieve quality output.
· Ensure the production operation is in the context of ISO & HACCP programs e.g. hygiene standard, work instruction, production records are properly followed and recorded.
Requirement:
· Relevant experience in food processing
· Ability to work under pressure to meet the production timeline
· Being able to work long working hours especially when the orders cropped up
· Self-driven and flexible personality.
· Strong interpersonal skills
