Job description
- Oversee the finance & accounting function/ process, including tax matters.
- Review overall consolidated management accounts, financial statements, forecasts and budgets, and quarterly SGX announcements.
- Key liaisons with internal/external auditors/tax agents/ bankers.
- Key liaison with overseas finance teams and ensure timely reporting from them.
- Lead REIT compliance matters, delegation of authority and adherence to internal controls.
- Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Job Requirement
- Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA or CPA
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies/ REITS
- Experience in budget/ forecast
- Meticulous, committed, and good team player with strong analytical skills.
- Self-driven and able to work under pressure.
