1) General Administrative and Logistic Support
- Assist in general administrative tasks, such as data processing, sourcing for quotations, and documentation.
- Provide support in scheduling training/briefing and coordinating the relevant logistics and administrative work.
- Manage logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and catering (if applicable) for training workshops.
- Respond to inquiries and emails, as needed.
2) Singapore Specialist Training Standards Portfolio and Accreditation of Postgraduate Medical Education Singapore (APMES) Portfolio
- Work with internal and external stakeholders and assist the team in meeting the timelines for the implementation of national initiatives for residency training, including but not limited to tracking of submission of specialty training requirement documents, milestone documents and programme information forms, etc.
- Assist in organising/facilitating meetings/workshops where needed, including but not limited to sending meeting invitation, preparation of meeting agenda and material etc.
3) Support for postgraduate year one workstream:
- Work closely with the programme coordinators from various training institutions and to obtain information on trainees’ performance for national evaluation committee’s recommendation.
- Prepare certifications of graduating trainees and ensure accurate dissemination of information to the relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in organising/facilitating meetings/workshops where needed, including but not limited to sending meeting invitation, preparation of meeting agenda and material etc.
4) Postgraduate Medical Education Assessments :
- Support examination administrative and operational processes
- Liaise with key stakeholders (including senior clinicians) on examination matters and ensure key milestones are met
- Provide basic IT support to key stakeholders
- Check invoices to process payments to external vendors
5) Any other general administrative and logistics support duties for other projects as assigned.
