The Assistant/Operations Manager is involved in the day-to-day operations of the restaurants and maintains safety standards and procedures. He/She is involved in the analysis and monitoring of operational data to ensure potential problems are averted. He/She also oversees the implementation of workflow improvements that may enhance customers' satisfaction, as well as optimise the use of the organisation's resources.
