Talent Acquisition Advisor - Markets and Early Careers
Human Resources – Singapore
Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Lead, this role will take charge of both our Early Careers recruitment efforts for Singapore as well as delivering on experienced hire recruiting for one of our busiest business lines. Partnering with internal stakeholders, education institutions and government organisations, the key purpose is to source and attract both those taking their first career steps as well as those with decades of knowledge.
What this job involves –
Campus / Student Recruiting
- University Relationship Management
- Design and execute campus engagement plans and track success
- Coordinate and participate in college career fairs and other targeted recruiting events, interacting with students and promoting our employer brand
- Build and cultivate relationships with key D&I organizations, schools, diversity partners, student organizations and alumni networks
Experienced Hire Recruiting
- Provide full cycle recruiting support for the business through sourcing, screening, leveraging internal and external referrals, and negotiating offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find high quality and diverse candidates, leveraging Workday (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Market JLL’s attributes to candidates and encourage candidates with diverse skill sets and perspectives to join our team
- Regularly analyze and report your success
Candidate Pipeline Management
- Create and execute virtual and in-person recruiting events to attract students into summer intern or full-time roles
- Build and nurture candidate pipeline and interview data integrity utilizing recruiting tools such as Avature, Workday, and Pymetrics
- Drive conversion of a diverse candidate slate into summer intern or full-time hires
- Leverage social media to attract and keep in touch with high-potential candidates
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as an advocate for the business and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Establish regular touch points with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and lead recruiting partners
- Be proactive in assessing talent and sharing high potential candidates with hiring managers
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify participants from the business to support hiring initiatives

Experienced
Not a job for the feint hearted, you will need experience of campus recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment. You’ll understand the methodology and stages of the Talent Acquisition process especially and be comfortable working on high volume mandates.
Task Oriented
Have you worked in a task driven role? You will need to have this type of experience to succeed in this role. Your work in a high volume, high turnover environment will have perfected your time management and organisation skills.

You’ll need a strategic mind-set, outstanding problem solving ability and a creative flair to produce the most detailed and highest quality Early Career and Experienced Hire events and attraction strategies.
