Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit expert-level knowledge of M&E systems, ACMV technologies, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.
- Inspire and lead a dedicated team of shift leads and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency in all operational tasks.
- Oversee the meticulous operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems to uphold the highest standards of reliability and compliance.
- Design and implement cutting-edge preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment longevity.
- Take swift action in emergency situations, coordinating with teams and deploying effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of equipment status, maintenance activities, and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Partner with various departments to ensure a unified and efficient approach to facility management, enhancing overall operational synergy.
- Manage a technical shift team providing 24/7 support, ensuring effective coverage, task assignment, and delivering on planned and preventive maintenance goals. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to foster professional growth and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as or in a similar capacity, showcasing in-depth knowledge of M&E systems, ACMV systems, and Process Utility Systems.
- Deep understanding of best practices, industry laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated primary focus on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, showcasing extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in these areas.
