Job descriptions:
- Patient registration
- Scheduling of appointments
- Performing financial counselling for patients
- Cashiering duties
- Assist in administration work
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC and/or Diploma and above
- Possess minimum 1-2 years prior working experience in customer service functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
