Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment systems and VAM technologies.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide the development and implementation of payment and VAM solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Perform system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of delivered solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for payment and VAM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in payments and VAM technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on payments and VAM technologies.
- Strong understanding of global payment systems, virtual account management, and related regulatory requirements.
- Experience with global delivery models and managing projects across multiple regions. \
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. \
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as UML, BPMN, and Agile frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with API integration and fintech solutions.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
