Technical Project Manager ( Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
   • Drive discussions on technical strategy, support, and risk management.
   • Provide advocacy and guidance to optimize clients' use of cloud services.
2. Project Leadership:
   • Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
   • Oversee the execution of projects, including big data systems and serverless architectures.
   • Collaborate with clients’ technical teams to resolve challenges during project delivery.
3. Technical Expertise:
   • Provide expert guidance on cloud services, big data processing, and microservices architecture.
   • Ensure the operational health of clients' environments.
   • Lead the design and implementation of high-concurrency systems and data management platforms.
4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
   • Drive technological innovation within projects.
   • Continuously assess and enhance existing systems for optimal performance and scalability.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
   • Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of technical solutions.
   • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in technical account management, software development, or IT leadership roles.
• Proficient in cloud architecture design, especially with AWS, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud platforms.
• Strong background in big data systems, including Hadoop, EMR, and related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in challenging environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with agile development methodologies and leading agile teams.
• Knowledge of database design, including MYSQL, HBase, and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and cloud-based infrastructure management.
