● Conduct detailed market research to understand the digital landscape, e-commerce trends, consumer behaviors, and packaging preferences for China Market. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
● Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing, e-commerce, and branding strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, online advertising, and marketplace management for Global market, prioritizing China Market.
● Work closely with agencies under internal branding manager’s direction for company's presence on Chinese and Global digital platforms, while be able to create content, e.g. Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (include but not limited), and e-commerce portals, e.g. T-mall, Jing Dong, (include but not limited), ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
● Internal and external coordination with branding manager and agencies for contents to global online audience, consumers, ensure compliance with digital and e-commerce regulations, and optimize online storefronts.
● Oversee the design and development of innovative packaging and gifting solutions that align with brand identity and appeal to the global market, in collaboration with the internal branding manager.
● Work closely with agencies, designers, and product development teams, alongside the internal branding manager, to create visually appealing and culturally resonant packaging.
● Regularly update the website to reflect new campaigns, products, and promotions in collaboration with the internal branding manager. While be able to manage customer enquiry independently.
● Work closely with agencies in launching digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns and support the production of TV commercials and photo shoots under internal branding manager’s direction but specific to the China market.
● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, e-commerce campaign performance, packaging designs, and website usability using analytics tools.
● Assist in digital marketing, e-commerce, and design budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
● Be able to have an in-depth understanding to guide agencies of digital marketing, e-commerce, and design professionals to drive online sales growth.
● Assist and create digital marketing materials and campaigns tailored for local retailers and other strategic partners.
● Collaborate closely with product teams, creative teams, and other regional teams.
● Monitoring social media online platforms and to strategize price integrity controls over unauthorized vendors
● Coordinate with the Company's lawyer on Crystal Tomato® IP issues in China region.
● To assist as and when a Company requires assistance that may be outside of above job scope.
Requirement:
5 years at least or above in the relevant field of marketing, mass communications or a related field, undergraduate or above in the relevant degree/diploma
This role will be under Brand Develop and Marketing Manager
Must understand Chinese market
Mandarin writing and reading is a must
A proven ability to adapt quickly to emerging trends in content marketing, social media, and digital advertising
A portfolio of work that demonstrates the writing, editing, designing skills, with a keen eye for detail
Can collaborate well and work independently, be able to handle multitasks
Knowledge in Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator or video editing software are an added advantage
