- Assists in maintaining full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly journals, schedules, accruals and prepayments, bank reconciliation.
- Generate sales invoices.
- Assist in month-end closing.
- Preparation of fund reservations and payments using internal systems and internet banking system.
- Other accounts and administrative related works.
- Ensure accounting records are prepared in accordance to FRS and all statutory requirements.
- Assist in quarterly GST submission.
- Assist in year-end audit and tax.
- Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent.
- Other ad-hoc projects when assigned.
Job Requirements: -
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year's working experience in related field.
- Ability to commence work in short notice.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
