We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as Senior Technical Sales Engineer (Construction Projects)
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Explore and identify business growth opportunities, implement and execute business development strategies related to engineering, construction projects and equipment.
• Work closely with the Business team in Japan headquarters
• Build and maintain technical relationships with clients.
Engineering & Construction:
• Supervise and plan site work, ensuring that targeted completion dates are met and works completed are within acceptable standard
• Resolve any technical issues and other challenges that may occur
Job Requirements:
• At least Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years and above of sales experience in medical/ healthcare sector, preferably with experience in Medical Devices
• Minimum 2 years of main contractor renovation site works experience
• Experience in maintenance of medical gas supply system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CAD, and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Good analytical skills and resourceful
• Good knowledge in site management methodology
• Team player, good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at different levels
• Willing to work flexible time when necessary
• Fluent oral and written skills in Japanese is essential
