Responsibilities:
This role involves managing and maintaining key data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems.
- Manage and maintain power, HVAC, and security systems in the data centre.
- Coordinate with landlords to address maintenance schedules and infrastructure issues.
- Respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Support emergency response and on-call duties, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on performance, incidents, and project status.
We are looking for a proactive individual with solid experience in data centre management, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Skills/Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years in data centre facility management within financial services.
- Experience in high-pressure, 24x7 on-call environments with strong problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression systems.
- Familiarity with incident response and ITIL-based change management processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, proactive approach.
