Treasury Operations & Analysis
- Monitor cash positions for all KLA APAC entities and make investment recommendations
- Help establish and manage in-country and cross-border cash pools across APAC
- Foreign exchange exposure gathering/analysis
- Backup for foreign exchange trading, hedge accounting
- Responsible for cash flow collections forecast for Orbotech Asia regions, covering China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea
- Coordinate and manage Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) or Bank Guarantees for Chinese customers
- Partner with banks on updating, securing agreements to meet liquidity needs
- Other projects to support key global treasury initiatives
Credit & Collections
- Responsible for AR collections of Orbotech China AR covering both Flat Panel and PCB divisions
- Directly managing 2 AR collectors based out of China
- Significant interaction with China sales account team, and Division Finance organization
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley controls and procedures
- Work with Wipro team to properly apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
- Assist in managing credit risk exposures for both Flat Panel and PCB divisions
- Other projects to enhance efficiency or improve Days Sales
- Outstanding (DSO) metric for department (IT or process related)
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience
