Supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
Responsible for taking off measurement, monthly progress claim and final account.
Calculating of duct size & area.
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
Attending meetings with main-contractors pertaining to site work, contracts matter, costings and invoicing and billings works.
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' progress payments.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on the progress of ACMV works.
Assist the Project Manager on all ACMV matters including preparing ACMV Master Construction and T&C Schedule.
Responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of ACMV projects according to schedule
Coordinate a team of supervisors, workers and sub-contractors to ensure proper execution of works
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations.
Carry out necessary actions to ensure smooth progression of site works
Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, materials and as-built drawings
Handover of site to client
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit etc
Possess the necessary knowledge in ACMV to carry out the works dutifully
At least 2 years’ experience and Qualtity Sin ACMV or relevant field
Able to understand construction ACMV drawing
Able to work in a team or independently
Direct work experience in the construction.
