Retail Operations Management
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Starting from $2,100
- Allowance: $150/month
- Average Gross Salary: $2,600 - $2,700 with target achievements; top performers can earn up to $4,000
- Work Schedule: 4.5 workdays per week, 10-12 hours per day (includes 2 break times)
- Annual Leave: 14 days
- Uniform: Provided
- Additional Allowances: Shift allowance (only for Changi outlets)
- Bonus: Performance-based variable bonus
