Job Description: -
- Handling all corporate secretarial matters for portfolio in Singapore and international companies
- Prepare necessary documents for AGM, EGM, resolution, striking off, XBRL and etc
- E-submission of returns to ACRA and IRAS
- Any other Corporate Secretarial duties
Job Requirements: -
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)
- Good understanding of corporate secretarial practices such as Companies Act would be an added advantage
- Good verbal & written communication in English and Mandarin. Able to interact with International and Chinese-speaking clients
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience
