We are seeking a dynamic, positive and detail-oriented Sales Admin and E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our e-commerce platforms are optimized for performance and supporting our operational needs. Key Responsibilities:
Website Product Listing
- Create, edit, update and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, images, colours and prices.
- Stay knowledgeable with latest product design, function and materials.
Sales Admin
- Assit sales personnel with tendering, quotation.
- Assist sales personnel with Document Processing(Specifications, DO, Invoices).
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer’s enquiries from various channels: website live chat, social platform messaging, WhatsApp, telephone, and emails.
Office Admin
- Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall business operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Interior Design
- Knowledge of furniture preferred.
- Team player, Independent with a positive attitude.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or sales admin.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with photoshop, AutoCAD, design software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
