Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with other practical nurses and nursing aides in the ward.
- Perform venipuncture, cannulation, and phlebotomy procedures.
- Support and educate patients’ families by addressing inquiries and providing crucial instructions on patient care.
- Ensure the proper functioning of eye drops, catheters, and other life-support equipment.
- Assist optometrist in conducting physical assessments, administering treatments, and monitoring patients' vital signs.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board with 2 years of experience (in eye clinic/ eye centre).
- Proficient in IT
- Available to work 4-5 days a week with night shifts (6pm-10pm)
- Immediate availability is a plus
