Job Description:
- Help patients enrol using the HealthHub app.
- Onboard patients to HealthierSG and book appointments.
- Tag patients in the Queue Management System for HealthierSG visits.
- Answer HealthierSG questions.
- Collect enrolment data and restock materials.
- Assist with app downloads and usage, including appointments, video consults, care plans, activities, and payments.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 Days office Hours
Requirement :
- Able to commit : 1 August 2024 to 31 December 2024
- Able to stand for long hours
