POSITION SUMMARY

To handle day-to-day shipment arrangement and documentation collection, preparation and distribution.



PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow standard operating procedures established by management.
  • Coordinate with shippers, consignees, carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
  • Input data into systems in timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify the correctness of documents provided by shippers, carriers and other service providers.
  • Distribute pre-alert and required documents to appropriate parties in timely manner.
  • Prepare shipping documents as required.
  • Other duties as assigned to the position.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • GCE ‘O’ Level and above.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in freight forwarding industry.
  • Fluent in English and local languages.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and result-focused.
  • Able to work independently, take responsibility and ownership of initiative.
