Responsibilities

  • To handle counter, email and telephone enquiries for all classes of general insurance.
  • To provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, extension, cancellation and issuance of insurance documents for all general insurance products including requirements under GIAS.
  • To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/ written form.
  • To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when required.
  • To cross-sell all classes of general insurance in spoken and written form.
  • To carry out daily opening and closing procedures such as checking of transaction records, NETS and Credit Card terminals.
  • To assist the Operations Executive in daily operations and any ad-hoc projects/ assignments.
  • To ensure training hours under CPD requirements and to comply with all regulatory requirements by the relevant authorities.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or BCP, PGI & ComGI will be advantageous.
  • At least 1 year's work experience in a similar capacity preferred.
  • Possess a courteous and helpful personality.
  • Pro-active with a positive mindset.
  • Passion in delivering customers' satisfaction.
  • Fresh graduates with related qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Experienced and matured workers in the insurance industry may also apply.
