  1. Customer Service:Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
    Listen to customer needs and inquiries regarding bathroom products.
    Provide product information, including features, specifications, and pricing.
    Offer product recommendations based on customer requirements.

  2. Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the bathroom industry.
    Be knowledgeable about the store's range of bathroom products, including faucets, fixtures, tiles, vanities, and accessories.
    Understand the differences between various brands and product lines.
    Provide detailed explanations of product features, benefits, and warranties.
  3. Sales and Upselling:Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
    Cross-sell and upsell related products or accessories to increase the sale value.
    Create product bundles or packages to offer customers added value.
    Encourage customers to explore different options within their budget.
  4. Inventory Management:Monitor and maintain stock levels on the sales floor.
    Restock shelves and displays as needed.
    Keep track of popular products and request restocks accordingly.
    Report damaged or defective merchandise to management.
  5. Visual Merchandising:Ensure that bathroom product displays are visually appealing and organized.
    Arrange products in an attractive and accessible manner.
    Keep the store clean and well-maintained to create a positive shopping environment.
  6. Sales Transactions:Operate cash registers and handle sales transactions accurately.
    Process payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
    Provide receipts and ensure proper documentation of sales.
  7. Product Demonstrations:Conduct product demonstrations when applicable, such as showing how to use showerheads, faucets, or other fixtures.
    Highlight key features and benefits of products through demonstrations.
  8. Customer Follow-Up:Collect customer contact information for follow-up communication.
    Send thank-you notes or emails to customers after their purchase.
    Seek feedback to improve the shopping experience and product offerings.
  9. Problem Resolution:Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
    Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve more complex issues.
  10. Sales Targets:Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the store or management.
    Participate in sales training programs to improve sales techniques.
  11. Safety and Security:Follow safety protocols and ensure the store is secure during opening and closing procedures.
    Report any safety hazards or security concerns to management.
  12. Teamwork:Collaborate with colleagues and work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
    Assist with store events, promotions, and marketing efforts as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

2. Goal-oriented, organized team player.

3. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

4. Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.

6. Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.

7. Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.

8. Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.

9. Diploma / Degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field.

10. Proven experience in sales, management, key account management or relevant experience.
