JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To provide support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated, and accurate manner.
2. To carry out sourcing and purchasing duties.
3. To confirm bills and prepare invoices. data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports.
4. To adjust the needs of partners according to our business needs and arrange shifts for partners.
5. To rank the performance of partners, urge them to be eliminated regularly.
6. coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading carpark system, M&E services, and other operational processes.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
3. Effective and courteous interpersonal and written communication skills.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Preferably with 1 or 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
