Job Description

**Job Title: Customer Care Executive**

**Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team in Singapore, North region. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Providing product knowledge and guidance to customers.
3. Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
5. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
6. Utilizing Microsoft Office and other computer skills for administrative tasks.
7. Delivering presentations to showcase products or services to customers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
1. 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Knowledge of customer relationship building techniques.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Post-secondary diploma or equivalent qualification.
8. Strong presentation skills to engage with customers effectively.

- **Salary Range:** SGD 1800 to SGD 2300
