Role Summary/Purpose:
Suntar is a separation and filtration specialist listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The Singapore office is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our company and be responsible for supporting our finance team while also providing administrative assistance. Responsibilities:
- Assist in full sets of accounts for a Singapore-listed company
- Assist in bookkeeping matters, including processing invoices
- Handle monthly reimbursement processes
- Coordinate with external parties, including auditors and company secretary
- Assist in administrative matters, such as managing office supplies
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to support office operations
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Diploma degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting department is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
