Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries, and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers’ needs.
- Initiate appointments by follow-up calls after the customers' acknowledgment.
- Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
- Keeps contact and financial information confidential.
Requirements:
- Experience in the financial industry with telesales experience preferred
- WFO or WFH
