We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant specializing in Name Screening to join our compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the compliance function by conducting thorough name screening checks, maintaining records, and ensuring that all processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Name Screening: Perform name screening checks on new and existing clients, vendors, and other stakeholders using internal and external databases. Ensure that all flagged results are appropriately escalated for further review.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all screening activities. Ensure that documentation is stored in a secure and compliant manner.
- Data Management: Input, update, and manage data related to name screening in the company’s compliance management system.
- Compliance Support: Assist the compliance team in monitoring and reviewing potential risks associated with new and ongoing relationships. Provide administrative support for compliance projects and initiatives.
