The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for an IT Helpdesk Support
- Focus: 1st level IT helpdesk support, Customer Service, Service Now
- Office location: Singapore
- 5.5 days week (Including weekends and Public Holidays) or as advised by the Engagement Manager
- This role start off as contract position
The Talent
- Open to work on weekend and public holiday if scheduled
- 1st level IT Helpdesk Support
- Good understanding/knowledge on MS Office
- Good verbal and written comm skills
The Job
Customer Technical Support - To provide helpdesk and level 1 support to users
- Responds to requests/incidents through phone and email.
- Advise user on appropriate actions (customer service skills).
- Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
