Job Description:
- Attend to all in-coming calls, Whatsapp and emails on sales enquiries
- Provide support to Sales team on appointment setting and coordination work
- Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Manage and update database in system
- To liaise and arrange for orders, ensure smooth delivery of items
- Any other related administrative duties as assigned by superiors
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess 'N'/'O' level / Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin is required, in order to handle inquiries from English and Chinese speaking customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Perform well and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and friendly, with outstanding customer service skills
- Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet savvy.
- 5.5 Days work week
