Job Description:

  • Attend to all in-coming calls, Whatsapp and emails on sales enquiries
  • Provide support to Sales team on appointment setting and coordination work
  • Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Manage and update database in system
  • To liaise and arrange for orders, ensure smooth delivery of items
  • Any other related administrative duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess 'N'/'O' level / Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin is required, in order to handle inquiries from English and Chinese speaking customers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Perform well and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and friendly, with outstanding customer service skills
  • Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet savvy.
  • 5.5 Days work week
