What will you do?
- Act as a key advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership team
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the leadership team
- Development of key growth strategic initiatives, i.e. facilitating workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify and scope initiatives to execute the strategic plan
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Manage critical business processes and lead operational improvements as directed by the executive team
- Analyze and synthesize complex information to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and communications on behalf of the executive team
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and information flow
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Minimum MBA in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of driving commercial leadership and demonstrate entrepreneurial skills within a corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market competitiveness
- Previous experience in large multi-national corporations is desired
- Resourceful, tenacious, and self-starter attitude, with the ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality
- High level of maturity with the capability to engage with counterparts across different levels of the organization, including senior executives
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to swiftly absorb and synthesize information from diverse sources to formulate meaningful recommendations
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a cohesive team
- Open-mindedness, active listening skills, and the ability to understand and appreciate diverse perspectives
- International, multi-cultural mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to easily connect with others and gain support for proposed recommendations
