A leading organization in the community health sector is looking for an experienced candidate to join them as an Assistant Finance Director.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team (7-8 pax) and provide mentorship and guidance in their career development.
- Oversee the financial accounting and reporting activities (including audit, taxation, company secretarial, corporate governance and risk management) to ensure accurate, timely and compliant reporting.
- Engagement of stakeholders on financial related matters or matters arising from compliance, controls and risk.
- Provide technical financial and accounting advice to Business Partner & Business Units whilst driving constant process review and improvement; and resource allocation to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of organisation.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience
- Possess experience in handling large amount of funds
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation
