Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor company’s cash flow projections and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements & updating cashbook in multi-currency
- Collaborate with e-commerce operations teams to understand financial impacts of operational decisions and support budgeting for marketing, technology, and other areas.
- Preferably have experiences and familiar with e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee Accounts payable and receivable, managing the processes for invoicing, payments, collections and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliation
- Collaborate with other departments to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Track and report on budget performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all financial transactions.
- Manage and oversee tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and oversee tax planning to minimize tax liabilities.
- Preparation of audit schedules, documentation and support internal and external audits.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

- Able to handle full sets account for dormant and small subsidiaries will be added advantage
Job Requirement
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ACCA-CAT/LCCI
- More than 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, with a focus on e-commerce or retail environments being a plus.
- Sound double entry knowledge
- Proficiency in financial regulations and Microsoft Office Suites
- Preferably able to converse well (read, write) in Mandarin
- Meticulous, organized, and has a positive attitude
- Independent, able to work with minimum Guidance/supervision
- Full sets experience and knowledge of FRS will be added advantage
- Singaporeans and PR only
Location: Town (Somerset)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm
