Responsibilities:
40%
• Setting up, configuration and maintain of network equipment, and server.
• Implementation of new IT systems.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for IT related matters.
30%
• Purchase / Setting up PCs, mobile phones and necessary applications.
5%
• Inventory control of IT related equipment, user account and software licence.
15%
• Provide support to the Group of Companies in APAC and India on implementation of IT infrastructure.
• Provide service based on the agreement with each company.
10%
• End user support and vender control 10
Compliance
- Diploma . Bachelor‘s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience for IT infrastructure or IT support
- Experience of administration of Windows 10 and Windows server 2012 or later, active directory and network equipment such as hub and router.
- Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- International Travel to Philippines / Remote support for India
