OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking an Analyst to join our growing Hotels & Hospitality platform with a primary focus on hotel and resort investment sales projects in Asia. The role will be based in Singapore and will report directly to our Senior Vice President of Hotel Investment Sales Asia.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate, highly motivated about adding value and delivering superior results to the team. As a member of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality team, you will support the team in conducting financial modelling, preparing marketing materials, supporting business development initiatives and assisting with pitch documents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertaking primary research and data collection
- Identifying new ways to exploit new and existing data for business development, client mandates and internal/external reporting
- Responsibility for maintaining hotel research databases and internal CRM systems
- Supporting the administration requirements of investment sales mandates throughout the life cycle of each project
- Underwriting and modelling direct hotel and hospitality investment opportunities across Asia
- Assisting in the production of marketing materials including clients pitches, investment marketing materials and due diligence documents
REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, hospitality, finance and/or real estate;
- Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses;
- Strong critical thinking skills;
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail essential;
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) (VBA and other software skills a plus);
- Must be willing to travel in the region.
